Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS). This role blends paraplanner and client services coordination, and is not merely administrative.

You will manage the back-end client sales process, build client roadmaps, deliver first-line client support, and facilitate end-to-end insurance applications. Based in the Kennesaw or Alpharetta area, you will be a key driver of our dynamic CSS Team.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of financial services experience.
• Life Insurance Annuity application: completion, monitoring and management.
• GRIT: accountability, ownership, problem-solving and toughness.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-end client sales process and build client roadmaps.
• Deliver first-line ongoing client support and service.
• Facilitate end-to-end insurance application execution.
• Support sales teams to ensure consistency across offices.
