The Well, a boutique independent RIA in Dana Point, CA, seeks a Paraplanner / Associate Advisor to join their close-knit team. This on-site role focuses on advanced planning for trusts, tax strategy, philanthropy, and multi-generational wealth, with direct mentorship from a lead advisor.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in financial planning, a serving mindset, and are local to Dana Point. CFP in progress or completed is a strong plus, with opportunities for designation-support and growth within

Qualifications

3+ years of financial planning or wealth management experience.
Local to the Dana Point / South Orange County area.
CFP in progress or completed is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial plans and sophisticated analyses.
Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, trustees, and insurance professionals on complex client matters.
Support trust and estate implementation, tax planning, insurance planning, and philanthropic strategy.
Draft client communications and conduct rapid same-day follow-up after advisor meetings.
Help senior and multi-generational client families navigate life transitions with white-glove care.
