Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedParaplannerto support our senior financial advisors. This role involves preparing financial plans, gathering and analyzing client data, assisting with tax projections, and ensuring portfolios are effectively managed. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degreein finance, accounting, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning (required); 5+ years preferred.
- Strongresearch, analytical, and problem-solvingskills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience withCRM (Redtail), eMoney, and Orion(a plus).
- Series 65 license & AIFor willingness to obtain full licensing within2 monthsof hire.
- Institutional experience with custodians such asCharles Schwab (preferred), Fidelity, LPL.
- Strongclient communication and interpersonalskills.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, organize, and analyze client data to develop, implement, and update financial plans using firm-provided software.
- Work closely with advisors to finalize financial plans and assist in client presentations.
- Integrate tax knowledge into financial planning strategies.
- Accurately input and manage client data withinCRM, eMoney, and Orion.
- Review client planning objectives and identify potential opportunities.
- Respond to client inquiries and prepare reports/documents in advance of meetings (financial plans, tax projections, performance reports, etc.).
- Participate in client meetings with advisors, taking notes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Handle account administration, includingopening/closing accounts, maintenance, and service-related paperwork.
- Manage personal workflows and tasks effectively.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary:$90,000 - $110,000 (dependent on experience)
- Bonus:Quarterly Net New Bonus potential
