What You’ll Do

• Prepare and organize all client/prospect meeting materials
• Review statements, tax returns, and planning documents
• Assist with scenario modeling (Roth conversions, RMD strategy, Tax Strategies, portfolio reviews, estate planning)
• Support advisors using our INTER planning framework (I-income, N-Nursing/Medical Needs, T-Taxation Strategies, E-Estate Planning, R-Risk Management)
• Work closely with the advisors to confirm everyone is on the same page
• Ensure meetings are prepped for success to run smoothly, professionally, and on time
• On-site training is available for the areas needed, this is an on-site job - no hybrid or off-site
• Detail-oriented, thoughtful, steady, and reliable
• Enjoy solving financial puzzles and uncovering insights
• Prefer structure, clarity, and accuracy in your work
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and financial concepts (both investment and insurance)
• Motivated by contributing to a team that cares about clients and each other
• Comfortable working with portfolios of $750k - $15m
