Recruit Wealth, a boutique Financial Planning firm, seeks an experienced Paraplanner who values technical excellence and work‑life balance. You will join a small, client‑centric team delivering holistic planning with a focus on quality over quantity.

You will work with senior planners, contribute to pension, investment, trust and tax analyses, and prepare suitability and holistic reports while embracing AI-enabled workflows to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' paraplanning experience.
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, trusts and personal taxation.
  • Experience writing suitability reports and holistic financial planning reports.
  • Strong analytical, numerical and report-writing skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proactive, dependable and collaborative approach.
  • Embrace technology, back office systems and AI.
  • Experience working within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment.

About You

You’ll already have excellent Paraplanning ability and enjoy the technical side of the role.

You’ll ideally have:
  • A minimum of 2 years' Paraplanning experience
