Job summary

ClearPath Wealth Management, a private wealth advisory practice, is seeking a paraplanner based in Eagan, MN. Qualifications

  • 2+ years of similar paraplanner work experience.
  • Eligible to study for federal/state licenses (Series 7, Series 66) and life/health licenses.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare client and prospect data for meetings (pre-meeting prep).
  • Document client interactions, contact, and trades in CRM.
  • Assist with Financial Planning implementation and updates.
  • Produce annuity and insurance illustrations and reprojections.
  • Handle trading and related documentation.

The practice specializes in areas such as retirement planning, wealth preservation, tax and estate planning, employee stock options, sustainable investing, and charitable giving. With four office locations in New Brighton, Eagan, Mahtomedi, and Golden Valley, MN, ClearPath Wealth Management offers personalized financial advice and support for clients in achieving their goals. Position Description (based in Eagan, MN):

Step into an instrumental role with ClearPath Wealth Management – a private wealth advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial LLC.

Help conduct the smooth operation of a fast-paced, friendly, private wealth advisory practice.

This position ties directly to the overall business plan of the practice by providing client relationship and general practice management support through the gathering of client data, helping prepare client deliverables and touch points for prospects and clients as needed and in preparation of their meetings.

This role further provides client relationship support by helping prepare preliminary financial plans and other client deliverables, coordinating and tracking business-as-usual projects, and trades.

This position will consistently follow high standards of business and professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements when performing work activities.

This position may involve ad hoc requests, such as coordination and tracking of projects as needed.

Responsibilities and time allocation

This is a 40-hour work week and may include additional duties as assigned by the advisory practice.

Position function includes but is not limited to:
  • Preparation of client and prospect data (‘pre-meeting prep’)
  • Documentation of client interaction, contact, and trades in CRM
  • Financial Planning implementation and updates
  • Annuity and Insurance illustrations and reprojections
  • Trading and documentation

Education and other designations:
  • 2+ years of similar work experience
  • Already have or be able to study for and pass exams for Federal and State licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 7, Series 66, and state life, accident and health insurance licenses
