Job summary

US Ghost Adventures is seeking a Ghost Hunt Tour Guide to lead nighttime paranormal investigations at the McInteer Villa in Atchison, KS. You will guide guests through haunted rooms, manage equipment, and deliver an immersive experience for attendees.

The role requires comfort in spooky environments, strong public speaking and customer-service skills, and availability for late-evening shifts; training is provided and employee perks include tour access for friends and family.

Qualifications

• Public speaking, interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to manage groups.
• Comfortable working in dimly lit, spooky environments.
• Availability for late-evening shifts (9:00 PM–11:00 PM), weekends, and peak seasons.
• Basic interest in or familiarity with ghost-hunting equipment (training provided).
• Previous tour guiding or client-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups through 2-hour evening ghost hunts (9–11 PM) in Atchison, KS.
• Distribute and demonstrate ghost-hunting equipment to guests.
• Ensure guest safety, navigate property, and maintain atmosphere during the tour.
• Monitor group dynamics and pacing to sustain suspense and engagement.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to keep tours running smoothly.
