Job summary

US Ghost Adventures seeks a Ghost Hunt Tour Guide to lead 9:00 PM–11:00 PM paranormal investigations at the McInteer Villa in Atchison, KS. The role emphasizes strong public speaking, safety, and guest engagement while guiding groups through haunted spaces.

You will distribute equipment, manage pacing, and deliver an immersive, entertaining experience. Paid training and employee perks are provided; evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Strong public speaking and guest-facing skills.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on safety.
• Experience guiding/groups is a plus, training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead groups through haunted rooms and property during 9:00 PM–11:00 PM tours.
• Distribute and demonstrate paranormal equipment (EMF meters, spirit boxes, IR cameras).
• Ensure guest safety, navigate the property, and maintain atmosphere.
• Monitor group dynamics and pace tours for suspense and engagement.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues to keep tours running smoothly.
• Provide a friendly, engaging guest experience throughout the event.
