Job summary

ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP seeks a self-motivated, full-time licensed Audiologist for our Paramus office. This multi-site ENT practice values capable clinicians who can counsel patients while delivering precise audiology services and hearing aid fitting. The role offers a compensation package with bonuses and ample benefits.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s in Audiology (Au.D. preferred), an active hearing aid dispensing license, and strong communication skills to support team

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Audiology or Au.D. required.
Active and current hearing aid dispensing license.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and interact professionally with patients and physicians.

Responsibilities

Establish rapport with patients; gather history; conduct audiometric testing; counsel patients; recommend hearing aids.
Perform diagnostic testing.
Take ear impressions, ear molds; order instruments.
Program hearing aids and fit devices; provide adjustments as needed.
Maintain documentation and patient files; manage assigned schedule.
