A Critical Care/Specialty Care EMT-Paramedic delivers advanced medical care and transportation, acting as the eyes and ears of the emergency room team, ensuring continuous treatment during transport. Teamwork is essential to our EMS system's success.

Requirements:

• Valid IN State Driver’s License
• Indiana EMT-Paramedic Certification
• Current CPR, ACLS, PALS Certifications
• CCP-C or FP-C Certification (IBSC) within 6 months of hire (employer will assist)
• Background check and Motor Vehicle Report clearance

Responsibilities:

• Perform skills and procedures as per Indiana EMS curriculum
• Follow all policies, procedures, and medical directives
• Respond promptly to EMS calls and operate assigned vehicle safely
• Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professionalism
• Ensure all equipment and medications are functional and up-to-date
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff and students
• Operate advanced care equipment and assist with complex medical interventions in transit
