ConvenientMD in Dover, NH is seeking a Paramedic (Urgent Care Tech) to join our urgent care team. You will provide high-quality patient care, perform triage, support testing and procedures, and collaborate with providers in a fast-paced clinic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Licensed paramedic (preferably nationally certified) with prior IV placement and monitoring experience.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross; no CPR/ACLS online-only.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or related software; ability to learn Experity and other systems.
• 1–2 years of patient triage experience in an urgent care or emergency department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patient care & triage: take vitals, document history, identify urgent needs.
• Clinical procedures: perform testing, venipuncture, IVs, ECGs, nebulizers, oxygen.
• Patient engagement & documentation: explain plans, maintain EMRs, monitor changes.
• Clinic operations: keep instruments sterile, maintain stocked workspace.
• Collaboration: coordinate with clinical team and providers, train new staff.
