This position requires the desire and ability to work with all types of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics. The successful Paramedic also possesses the ability to work with a multidisciplinary team of Medical Assistants, LPNs, Paramedics, and Radiologic Technologists. The Paramedic often collaborates with the Registration team, Provider team, and other departments to provide seamless, high quality care to our patients. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to work calmly under stressful conditions within time constraints. This Paramedic must be willing to collaborate with team members from other locations to ensure consistency in the care given across locations. The Paramedic must be willing to travel to other Urgent Care sites in order to acquire training and provide coverage as needed.
