Formación

• Parademic credential required or eligible for Kansas certification.
• BLS and ACLS required on hire; PALS preferred but not required.
• State Driver’s License required.
• Driving record must comply with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test is required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess each call to determine best action using Paramedic protocols.
• Utilize paramedic skills with medical equipment (defibrillator, EKG monitor, oxygen, suction, IV fluids).
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and assurance of care.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate professionally with allied health and public safety personnel.
