Position Highlights

We seek experienced Paramedics with 2+ years of clinical practice ready to step into leadership. This role offers clinical skill expansion and management training, with opportunities in Occupational Medicine, Inventory Management, and CLIA-certified laboratory services. You will also enhance your training skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience as a licensed Paramedic
• Proficient in urgent/emergent care skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Effective communication with patients and team members
• Interest in mentoring team members

Compensation & Benefits

Starting at $25/hr, increasing to $26/hr after approximately 90 days of Team Lead training. Additional raises and promotions are available.

Schedule

• Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours)
