Key Responsibilities:

As a Paramedic, you will play a vital role in delivering immediate care to those in need. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Operating ambulance equipment and responding to radio transmissions.
2. Leading and coordinating the team's response to emergencies.
3. Evaluating the patient's condition at the scene and conducting a preliminary diagnosis.
4. Administering a range of pre-hospital treatments, including first aid, CPR, injections, oxygen, and, if necessary, surgical procedures.
5. Using state-of-the-art medical equipment and tools to stabilize patients and provide immediate treatment.
6. Monitoring the patient's condition during transport to the hospital.
7. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including the police, firefighting unit, doctors, and more.
8. Writing and submitting thorough and accurate incident reports.
9. Adhering to established medical protocols, legal guidelines, and health and safety standards.
10. Staying updated on the latest treatment and medical procedures through ongoing training.

Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

1. Proven experience as a paramedic.
2. A solid understanding of medical procedures, terminology, and medications.
3. The ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in challenging and high-pressure situations.
4. Adaptability and a high level of stamina.
5. An excellent working knowledge of medical equipment and devices.
6. Integrity and compassion toward those experiencing pain and distress.
7. A valid driver's license.
8. Must have a D & G security license.
9. Certification as a CPR Instructor.
10. A high school diploma and Licensed Paramedic certification are required.
