Responsibilities

• Observes and reports patient condition to nursing/provider staff.
• Performs skills and assists with patient care activities per applicable protocols.
• Performs 12-lead EKGs per department procedure.
• Performs phlebotomy/specimen collection per lab policies.
• Documents data and treatments in the electronic medical record.
• Initiates/maintains IVs and administers ACLS/PALS protocols as prescribed.
