Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a state-approved Paramedic training program as required by the Ohio Department of Public Safety.
Prior EMT experience is typically required to enter Paramedic training; no additional experience required for entry-level Paramedic role.
Current Ohio EMT certification from the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Medical Services; valid driver's license; current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

Provides advanced life support, emergency medical care, and safe patient transportation in pre-hospital and inter-facility settings.
Performs rapid assessment and intervention; collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
