Job summary

Unify Health Services in Menomonee Falls, WI, is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to join our team on a PRN basis. In a manufacturing environment, you will perform on-site care, respond to workplace health needs, and help foster a culture of safety and wellbeing.

The role requires an active state license, CPR and First Aid certification, and 6 months to 1 year of professional experience, with a preference for industrial healthcare familiarity and OSHA awareness.

Qualifications

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens.
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).

Qualifications:

Required:

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting

• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30–50 lbs as needed
