Unify Health Services - Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider to support our on-site health team in a PRN/part-time capacity at a manufacturing site. You will perform worker health assessments, return-to-work visits, and routine screenings to maintain a safe workplace.

Responsibilities include conducting physicals for new hires, breath alcohol tests, urine drug screens, and utilizing onsite resources such as vaccines and EKG equipment while adhering to OSHA first aid

Competenze

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required).
• CPR and First Aid certification (required).
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience.

• Conduct return-to-work visits, including breath alcohol tests and urine drug screens.
• Perform physicals for new hires, including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires.
• Respond to illnesses or injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center.
• Utilize available resources such as vaccines, COVID/flu tests, EKG machine, emergency kits, and AEDs.
• Provide care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure).

Shift Schedule: PRN

Qualifications

Required

• Active license or certification in the applicable state (required)
• CPR and First Aid certification (required)
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Familiarity with workplace safety and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Tasks involving pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor level to overhead
• Occasional stooping and bending
• Periodic computer work
• Lifting 30–50 lbs as needed
