North Memorial Health is seeking a Paramedic to provide advanced life support care and transport patients. Our health system includes two hospital locations in Robbinsdale and Maple Grove, along with a network of 25 clinics—13 primary care, 6 specialty, 4 urgent care/urgency centers, and emergency services across five counties. Robbinsdale Hospital, established in 1954, is a 385-bed facility recognized as a top Level 1 Trauma center for 25 years and a Level II pediatric trauma center. Maple Grove Hospital, founded in 2009, is a 134-bed facility recognized for Women and Children Care, with a Level III NICU, and is the largest Family Birth Center in the state (~5,000 deliveries annually). Both hospitals have been named to the 2022 Fortune/Merative 100 Top Hospitals list and the 2023 Women’s Choice Award Best Hospitals list.

About this position
Provides advanced life support care to the sick and injured, safely transporting patients of all ages to medical facilities. Assists with other services and events as directed by North Memorial Ambulance Service.

Work Group: Non-Contract
Hours per biweekly pay period: 72
Shift: Day/Evening/Night, 12-hour shifts
Location: On-site
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Benefits: Health insurance options available based on eligibility.
Salary Range: $32.00 - $47.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
Shift Differential: Possible depending on shift worked.
