Inspira Health Network is seeking a licensed Paramedic to provide prehospital Advanced Life Support in designated EMS service areas across southern New Jersey. The role requires delivering care to patients of all ages in ALS and critical care environments, aligned with DOT‑NSC and AHA/ACLS guidelines.

Applicants must hold or be eligible for New Jersey Paramedic certification, a valid NJ driver’s license, and meet Inspira Fleet Safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Associates Degree or higher.
• Active NJ Paramedic certification or eligibility for reciprocity.
• Valid NJ driver's license and Inspira Fleet Safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provides prehospital Advanced Life Support to victims in designated EMS areas.
• Performs ALS and BLS care following DOT-NSC and AHA/ACLS and state guidelines.
• Demonstrates growth/development considerations and data interpretation for patient needs.
• Maintains safety, time management, and productivity during EMS operations.

This position is responsible for providing prehospital Advanced Life Support to victims of sudden illness or injury in the designated service areas of the EMS system and provides appropriate mutual aid assistance when requested by adjacent ALS services. The ALS Paramedic demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to patients of all ages, inclusive of neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and geriatrics in the ALS and Critical Care environments.
