Job summary

Qualifications

• Paramedic (EMT-P) state certification and/or National Registry; must provide proof of reciprocity.
• Previous EMT/Paramedic or 911 response experience preferred.
• Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification; any additional certifications are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Responding to emergencies efficiently and promptly.
• Administering basic first aid and medical support to patients, in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Assessing the nature and extent of injuries/illnesses to prioritize medical procedures.
• Effectively communicating with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further action.
• Communicating with client and site personnel regarding worksite incidents and hazards.
• Demonstrating teamwork and awareness of changing worksite environments.
