Job summary

Forrest City Ambulance Services in Forrest City, AR is seeking a Paramedic Lead to manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned shift and lead EMS personnel, ensuring high-quality care around the clock.

The candidate must have at least three years of EMS experience, a current Arkansas Paramedic license (NR preferred), and BLS/PALS/ACLS certifications. Supervisory experience is preferred; this is a full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of three years of experience working on an emergency response ambulance.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.

• Disseminate information, review policies, and ensure quality of care.
• Communicate with EMS leadership and shift personnel; assist with onboarding.
