Job summary

Pafford Emergency Medical Services in Clarksville, AR is seeking a part-time Paramedic to provide Advanced Life Support, assess patients, and lead EMS teams at the scene of emergencies.

You will perform medical evaluations, administer treatments, transport patients, document care, and coordinate with hospitals while maintaining protocol compliance. Valid paramedic license and ACLS/PALS are required; CPR for HCP preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess Paramedic licensure, CPR for the Health Care Provider, ACLS, and PALS.
• Good knowledge of EMS systems, streets and area layout, and rescue equipment.
• Ability to perform technical medical skills with accuracy and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct fast, efficient Advanced Life Support at the scene.
• Respond to emergency scenes and manage patient care to stabilize conditions.
• Transport patients to care facilities and communicate with hospital staff.
• Document patient information and care provided for medical records and administration.
• Coordinate with first responders, police, and EMTs at the scene.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles and follow company policies.
