Job summary

AMR is hiring Paramedics in Southern Oregon to deliver ALS care in a busy 911 system. Join a team that supports career growth through training, tuition assistance, and flexible scheduling while enjoying the Rogue River Valley lifestyle.

You Will lead on-scene operations, coordinate with public safety, and provide compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to participate in FEMA and Wildland response teams.

Qualifications

• Must hold State Paramedic License.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and PHTLS or ITLS.
• Driving record compliant with company policy.
• Pass Physical Agility Test.
• Healthcare work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess each call to determine best action in a 911 system (~17k calls/year).
• Apply advanced Paramedic skills and lead on-scene management.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Collaborate professionally with public safety and allied health personnel.
