Medstar Ambulance in Michigan seeks two experienced EMT and Paramedic Instructors to lead programs in North and Central Operations. You will teach EMT and Paramedic courses, serve as instructor of record, and help shape the next generation of EMS professionals across multiple sites.

Ideal candidates bring state licenses, instructor credentials, current clinical certifications, and a track record of delivering high-volume education while maintaining compliance with state and accrediting bodies.

Formación

• Experience delivering EMT/Paramedic education to adult learners.
• Proven ability to assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Experience maintaining program documentation and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver initial EMT and Paramedic education in accordance with State of Michigan and Medstar standards
• Serve as instructor of record for assigned courses within the assigned operations area
• Evaluate student performance in both didactic and practical settings and provide structured feedback
• Participate in the design, review, and delivery of internal continuing education and training programs
• Maintain course documentation and reporting required by the State of Michigan and accrediting bodies
• Represent Medstar professionally with students, partner institutions, and clinical sites
