Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Paramedic or similar medical role experience.
• Advanced EMS certifications: AMLS, PHTLS and/or ATLS as applicable.
• Technology proficiency and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment and deliver ACLS interventions per AmeriPro EMS protocols.
• Provide safe monitoring and medical management during transport.
• Complete patient care reports in the electronic system accurately and promptly.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely according to driving standards and laws.
• Ensure ambulance and supplies are ready through checks and restocking.
• Communicate with dispatch, partners, and receiving facilities for smooth patient care transitions.
• Support EMTs through teamwork and clear direction.
• Engage in ongoing training and quality improvement to maintain competency.
