City Ambulance Service is seeking experienced Paramedics to join our expanding team across Houston and surrounding areas. This full-time position offers a rotating schedule with no cap on overtime and pay starting at $77,096 per year, rising to $93,856 depending on experience, plus higher earnings for advanced transports.

Requirements include Texas Paramedic license, at least 2 years EMS experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong English communication.

• Ability to coordinate activities in stressful situations.
• English communication (verbal and written) required.
• 2+ years EMS experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to emergency and non-emergency transports.
• Assess patient condition and determine treatment per local protocol.
• Provide first-aid or advanced life support.
• Explain procedures and relay information to team and physicians.
• Transport patients safely to hospitals or facilities.
• Document care provided promptly and accurately.
• Inventory and maintain equipment and station areas.
