Job summary

Boone Hospital Center is seeking a dedicated Paramedic to provide emergency and non-emergency care in the pre-hospital environment. The role operates under on-line and off-line medical control to deliver all levels of care.

Responsibilities include responding to care needs, assessing and planning patient care, documenting assessments, and performing additional duties as assigned. This is a full-time, 40-hour weekly position with rotating shifts and weekend/holiday rotation required by department.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Paramedic license required; Class E license also required.

• Provides quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care.
• Documents initial and updated assessments on all patients.
