Job summary

MMT Ambulance is seeking compassionate EMS professionals to join our team as Paramedics. You will provide direct patient care, administer basic and advanced life support, and support transport operations across our fleet of ambulances.

A strong emphasis on safety, documentation, and teamwork runs throughout the role. You will maintain and calibrate equipment, adhere to policies, and participate in ongoing professional development through CAPCE-accredited training and available certifications.

Qualifications

• Must hold Paramedic certification.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision‑making skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic and advanced life support during ambulance transports.
• Safely operate and maintain emergency vehicles in compliance with laws.
• Deliver competent patient care in various settings.
• Document patient information accurately in our charting system.
• Maintain equipment, ensuring cleanliness, restocking supplies, and station upkeep.
• Adhere to company and local agency policies and protocols.
