We are seeking a full-time Paramedic/Firefighter for our Fox Lake contract.

The primary role of the Paramedic/Firefighter is to provide medical care and transportation for patients at the Paramedic/Firefighter (EMT-P) level, within their scope of practice, as defined by Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and EMS Commission of Illinois.

Qualifications

• Paramedic License
• Firefighter II or Basic Operations Firefighter Certification
• At least 1 year of experience
• CPR Certification
• Minimum age of 21
• Valid Illinois Driver's License
• ACLS (training provided by Metro)
• PALS (training provided by Metro)
• Successful completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
