The role requires current State Paramedic license, BLS/ACLS/PALS, clean driving record, and strong assessment and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree in EMS or related field is preferred.
• Current State Paramedic License (and NREMT if required by state).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS; ITLS/PHTLS preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to lift 125 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Respond to calls for medical assistance, interfacility transfers, and in-home assessments.
• Provide ALS care including medication administration, airway management, and trauma stabilization.
• Document care and monitor patient condition during transport; communicate with facilities.
• Educate patients and families on medications and follow-up care.
