Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Radcliff, KY is seeking a Paramedic (Physician Substitute) to ensure donor health and safety and support the donor experience at our fast-growing plasma donation site.

You will work with center staff, perform health screenings, monitor eligibility, respond to donor reactions, and help maintain clean, compliant exam rooms while cross-training in center functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Paramedic license in state of employment
• Current BLS or CPR certification
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods
• Weekend availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and health; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Collaborate with center staff to maintain a positive donor environment
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Cross-train in phlebotomy, bottle processing, and station installation
