Job summary

Texas Health Fort Worth is seeking a Paramedic to join our team. Work location is Fort Worth, TX, with 3 shifts per week from 3:00PM to 3:00AM, including rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications include EMT-P and LP licenses on hire, ACLS/BCLS on hire, PALS within 60 days, CPI within 60 days, and a high school diploma or GED. Paramedic internship or 3 months' experience required; 1 year preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires EMT-Paramedic certification and LP license upon hire.
• Minimum three months of recent Paramedic experience or completion of a Paramedic internship.
• Preferred: one year of Paramedic experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care under physician delegation.

Work hours: 3 shifts per week full-time, 3:00PM-3:00AM and includes rotating weekends and holidays.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Experience:

• Three (3) months recent Paramedic experience or completion of a Paramedic Internship is required.
• One (1) year of Paramedic experience is preferred.

Licenses and Certifications

• EMT-P - Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic upon hire required
• LP - Licensed Paramedic Upon Hire required
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support upon hire required, BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support upon hire required.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 60 days of hire required.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention training within 60 days of hire required.
