The position requires FL paramedic certification, BLS/CPR, and ACLS, with CPI training within 30 days. This is a full-time role with rotating shifts at a leading trauma center.

The Paramedic is a licensed paramedic who assists in patient care under the direction of the RN and within the scope of his/her practice. S/he helps maintain a safe and clean environment and assists with secretarial duties and stocking as needed.
The Paramedic holds shift accountability for providing care to patients in accordance with recognized techniques, standards of practices and hospital policy and procedures.
St. Marys Medical Center (SMMC), part of the Palm Beach Health Network, is a 420-bed acute care hospital in West Palm Beach. The hospital has been serving Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast for more than 80 years. SMMC is a Level 1 Trauma Center, a state-designated Pediatric Trauma Referral Center, certified Comprehensive Stoke Center, and has a level III NICU.
