Summary of Duties

• Provide pre-hospital patient care as defined by state and federal regulations.
• Staff 9-1-1 Communications Center and handle emergency calls.
• Transmit and receive information with EMS personnel in the field.
• Operate emergency vehicles safely and legally.
• Maintain departmental standards and proper documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on emergency vehicles.

Qualifications include:

• Texas EMT-Paramedic certification
