You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) to support plasma center operations.

Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. Here, a commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, manage donor adverse events, review laboratory test results, and notify donors of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager and Center Physician. The role requires familiarity with plasma collection regulations and adherence to guidance from BioLife Medical Affairs, supporting environmental, health, and safety (EHS) at the center.

We offer equitable pay and transparent pay practices. For the Roanoke location, the hourly wage range is $23.85 - $32.79, with actual wages based on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), disability coverage, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and well-being programs.
