Job summary

Medical City Plano, part of the HCA Healthcare network, is seeking an ER Paramedic PRN to provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN. The role supports emergency department operations with shift options of 3p-3a or 7p-7a.

Required qualifications include Paramedic (EMT-P) or EMP, ACLS/BCLS/PALS within 30 days, a vocational graduate background, and 1+ year acute care hospital experience. Comprehensive benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Paramedic (EMT-P) or Emergency Medical Paramedic (EMP) required.
• 1+ year acute care hospital experience required.

• Performs psychomotor skills as outlined during educational training and orientation process.
• Maintains responsibility for cleaning, stocking, and organizing of storage areas.

What qualifications you will need:
