The Paramedic will provide quality care to patients under the direction of the Medical Director in accordance with the philosophy, goals, and objectives of Medical City Healthcare. Reports to the charge nurse for shift assignments and direction of shift duties assigned.

Each RN decides on a case-by-case basis what nursing tasks may be delegated to the unlicensed personnel in accordance with Rule 224. The role requires Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS), ACLS within 6 months, PALS within 6 months,

Formación

• Paramedic credential required.
• BCLS required or must be obtained within 30 days of start.
• ACLS required or Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of start.
• PALS required or Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of start.
• Minimum 1 year of experience required.

What Qualifications You Will Need

• Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Paramedic
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt, or ACLS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt, or PALS Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
