METRO Paramedic Services, Inc. in Elmwood Park is seeking a full-time Paramedic to provide medical care and transportation for patients at the EMT-P level within IDPH/EMS Commission scope.

Qualifications include a Paramedic License, CPR certification, 1 year EMS experience, and a valid Illinois driver's license. ACLS and PALS training are available through Metro. This position offers competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Metro Paramedic Services, Inc.is a subsidiary of Superior Air-Ground Ambulance Services, Inc. We are currently seeking a full-time Paramedic for our Elmwood Park contract.

The basic function of the Paramedic is to provide medical care and transportation for a patient at the Paramedic (EMT-P) level, within their scope of practice, as stipulated by Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) and/or EMS Commission of Illinois.

Paramedic Qualifications:

• Paramedic License
• 1 year experience
• CPR Certified
• 21 Years of age
• Valid Illinois Driver's License
• ACLS (Metro will train)
• PALS (Metro will train)
• Successfully completion of pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check
