Job summary

Join Parachute in Enid, OK, is seeking a Paramedic (Physician Substitute) to support donor health and safety in a fast-paced center. You’ll work with center staff to create a welcoming donor experience and contribute to a high-growth organization that expands across locations.

You will be cross trained in center functions, including phlebotomy and station setup, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Certified/licensed Paramedic in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor health and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
