Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC seeks a Paramedic (Physician Substitute) to safeguard donor health and support the donor experience at our Searcy, AR center.

You'll perform health screenings, manage donor safety, and collaborate with center staff. You will be cross-trained in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station setup, in a fast-growing, high-energy environment with weekend shifts. Competitive pay and monthly bonus potential, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Certified/licensed Paramedic in the state of employment.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Work collaboratively with all center staff
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Cross trained in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation
