Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is hiring a Paramedic (Physician Substitute) in Pine Bluff, AR. You will ensure donor health and safety, perform screenings, and participate in the donor experience within a lean center team.

Qualifications

• Must have Paramedic license in state of employment
• HSD or GED or higher
• Current BLS or CPR certification required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/sit for extended periods
• Weekend work availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and exams
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
• Collaborate with center staff to ensure a positive donor experience
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
• Cross-train in all center functions including phlebotomy and processing
