Job summary

You will assess patients, stabilize urgent conditions, coordinate with dispatch, and maintain equipment and documentation while pursuing ongoing credentialing in ACLS, PALS and BCLS. Field based, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Current NYS DOH and NYC REMAC Paramedic certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• ACLS, PALS and BCLS certifications from AHA are required.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift and transport patients.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments and follow protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced prehospital care (ALS) and manage patient stabilization.
• Assess patients, monitor transport to facilities.
• Manage accident scenes and communicate with dispatch.
• Document patient care accurately.
• Maintain certifications and attend mandatory training.
• Ensure ambulances are prepared for service after each call.
• Drive safely and coordinate with team during emergencies.
