Job summary

Tampa General Hospital's Brandon Emergency Department seeks a Paramedic to provide technical assistance and perform treatments under supervision of the ER physician and/or RN. You are accountable for your actions and must align with our mission and values.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Paramedic program, an active Florida Paramedic license and ACLS certification. On-site work at Healthplex Brandon, Tampa, FL with possible shift rotations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited Paramedic Program.
• Active Florida Paramedic license.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and perform selected acts under supervision of ER physician and/or RN.
• Administer treatments and ensure patient safety as part of the care team.
• Adhere to Tampa General Hospital mission, vision and values in all duties.

The Paramedic is accountable for his/her own actions. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.
