Job summary

Global Medical Response is immediately hiring Paramedics for a full-time role. You will respond to 911 calls, provide advanced medical care with defibrillators, EKG monitors, and IV therapy, and lead scenes as needed.

Requirements include a State Paramedic License, BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic, and a clean driving record. High school diploma or GED is required, with preference for prior healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• State Paramedic License required in SC
• BLS/ACLS/NREMT-Paramedic certifications preferred
• High school diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

• Act as Paramedic team leader and take responsibility for the scene and unit management as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Work collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow Paramedics.
• Participate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.
