Job summary

GW Medical Faculty Associates (MFA) seeks an RN/NRP to provide Advanced Life Support in pre-hospital and on-site emergency settings. The role requires strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to operate in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideal candidates will have RN or Paramedic licensure, ACLS, and DC DOH CPR for Healthcare Providers, with a willingness to work across multiple operational settings within GW MFA. FBI background check will be performed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow and document instructions clearly.
• Strong computer and EMR literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide Advanced Life Support within RN/NRP scope of practice and standing orders.
• Assess and manage medical emergencies; evaluate patient condition and determine appropriate care.
• Document medical care in electronic medical records accurately.
• Respond to EMS calls and support on-scene care and safety.
• Train and supervise less experienced personnel as needed.
• Comply with GW MFA policies and regulatory requirements.
