LifeLine Ambulance, Inc. in Wenatchee, WA, is hiring a Full-Time Paramedic for our Primary 911 Response System. You will practice and challenge your EMS skills, serving the community in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Active Washington EMT-Paramedic Certification required or in process.
• Ability to interpret ALS protocols and apply them on scene.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Verbally and in writing/documentation report observations and care to receiving facility staff.
• Assist and supervise EMS scene operations and provide advanced life support as needed.

Located in the heart of Wenatchee Valley, Okanogan Valley and Grant County, sits LifeLine Ambulance-one of Washington State’s only remaining Primary 911 Response Companies.

To the right Paramedic, LifeLine Ambulance is offering a Full-Time position in our Primary 911 Response System. Here, you will be able to practice and challenge your skills as a Paramedic.

In each of our locations our employees will be offered many opportunities for outdoor recreational activities during all seasons due to a schedule that allows for optimal work-life balance. Compensation

0-1 years of experience: $28.00-$31.00/hour

1-3 years of experience: $32.00-$35.00/hour

3+ years of experience: $34.00-$38.00/hour

PARAMEDIC- Job Description

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
• Reports verbally and in writing/electronically, their observation and emergency medical care of the patient at the emergency scene and in transit, to the receiving medical facility staff for purposes of records and diagnostics.
• Assume responsibility for EMS scene in the absence of higher level staff, provide direction and supervision to other employees at an emergency medical scene; provides and directs advance life support patient care and transport.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 100lbs.
• Ability to pass Washington State drivers check.
• Operate and maintain emergency medical apparatus and equipment.

Education/Experience

• High school graduate or GED
• EMT-Paramedic experience preferred but not required
• Ability to interpret local ALS protocols, company policies and procedures, and apply them in specific situations.

Licenses/Certifications

• Active Washington State EMT-Paramedic Certification with DOH/or completed Paramedic Training and awaiting agency affiliation to complete certification
• Current AHA healthcare provider CPR, ACLS, PALS
• Maintain/Possess current Washington State driver’s license

Physical Requirements

Job entails interrupted sleep, walking, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and twisting/turning, manual dexterity, frequent lifting, use of keyboard and hand/eye coordination. Job also requires normal hearing, vision and speaking abilities.
