Superior Mobile Health is seeking skilled Paramedics for full-time and part-time opportunities to support emergent and interfacility transports across South Texas. Qualifications

• Must have Paramedic certification and current BLS/ACLS.
• PALS certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced prehospital patient care and emergency medical treatment.
• Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Safely operate ambulances during emergency and non-emergency responses.
• Communicate effectively with hospitals, healthcare facilities, and first responders.
• Utilize advanced life support equipment and monitoring devices.
• Complete accurate electronic patient care reports (ePCR).
• Maintain ambulance readiness, cleanliness, and equipment functionality.
• Adhere to company policies, clinical protocols, and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing education and training.

Essential Responsibilities

• Provide advanced prehospital patient care and emergency medical treatment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 150 pounds independently and up to 300 pounds with assistance
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, kneel, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to perform duties in varying weather conditions and high-stress environments
