Job summary

1103 Team Member Services is seeking a paramedic-level EMT to assist in providing high-quality patient care and transport in a faith-based healthcare setting. You will support emergency response teams and help maintain a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires ACLS/BLS certification, a valid driver's license, and active paramedic credentials. On-site daytime shifts are available, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• ACLS certification required (RQI preferred).
• BLS certification required (RQI).
• Driver's license required.
• Licensed Paramedic with EV Accrediting body approved.
• NIMS training or equivalent FEMA courses preferred.

Job Description:

• Assists higher-trained personnel in providing effective care.
• Delivers exceptional customer service to patients, families, bystanders, and other response agency personnel.
• Supports community service and relationship functions as requested by leadership.
• Maintains a safe and effective work environment by adhering to infection control standards.
• Communicates effectively with healthcare team members and other emergency responders.
• Ensures the ambulance is clean, stocked, and ready for use at all times.
• Follows established policies, procedures, guidelines, medical protocols, and safety standards.
• Responds to emergency and non-emergency calls to provide care to ill and injured patients.
• Performs assessments and applies methods of treatment and transport based on medical protocols.
• Operates the ambulance safely and professionally, obeying traffic rules and regulations.
• Completes patient care reports, daily checklists, and other required documentation.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement
• Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
• Licensed Paramedic (PARA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$19.48 - $31.16
